1. Who We Are

Lea Labs (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates lealabs.io and offers real-time audio/video conversations with an AI avatar named Lea (the “Service”). Until formal incorporation, Lea Labs is run by an individual team.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or accessing a session with Lea, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Age Requirements

You must be 16 years or older, or have verifiable parental consent if aged 13–15. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

4. Accounts & Security

  • Provide accurate, current information when registering.
  • Keep your credentials confidential at all times.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Description of the Service

Lea Labs provides interactive live streams where users can converse with Lea in real time. During beta, access is free. Future access will be offered through subscriptions and/or pay-per-credit plans, announced on the site at least 30 days before billing begins.

6. User Conduct

  • Do not transmit illegal, harassing, or sexually explicit material.
  • Do not record, screenshot, or redistribute streams without our written permission.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or hack the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content—including Lea’s likeness, code, graphics, and media—is owned by Lea Labs or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to view and interact with the Service for non-commercial purposes.

8. Payments (coming soon)

When paid plans launch, payments will be processed through a third-party provider.

9. Disclaimers

Lea is an AI system that may generate inaccurate or inappropriate responses. Do not rely on Lea for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice. The Service is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lea Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

Until a formal jurisdiction is selected, disputes will be resolved under the laws of the developer’s country of residence and submitted to its competent courts, unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and sending an in-app or email notice at least 5 days before changes take effect.
